The VP of Operations role

With this newly created role, a crucial opportunity arises for an analytical, results driven, team player to join the team at the site in Norwich. You will be focused on delivering production and operational excellence with world leading design and innovation.

The ideal postholder will bring a positive track record of operational experience and success, from within a relevant industry or product related experience. This is an ideal position for someone who possesses excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions effectively and for the strategic direction and improvement of the business.

Reporting to the President, the VP of Operations will have prior experience with high end capital goods manufacturing, and planning experience, alongside management of a procurement function.

This is a factory environment and health and safety experience is required.
